5.0A localização foi ótima, perto de tudo. E teve 2 atendentes simpáticos.
− O atendimento no geral, eles devem estar mais preparados para atender turistas. A primeira atendente não foi nada simpática, falava muito rápido e debochou por precisar falar mais devagar pra entendê-la. Achei isso muito desagradável para um hotel que atende pessoas do mundo todo. Eles não falavam nem espanhol e nem italiano…somente o inglês. Os elevadores todos estavam com problemas… ficamos presos por muitos minutos 3 x, em quatro dias, junto com outros hóspedes, de ter que pedir ajuda, e ficar esperando de 10 a 30min. pra eles virem retirar a gente. Quarto minúsculo, diferente das fotos. Outro problema foi que escolhemos tbem por ter frigobar, nem todos os hotéis tem… mas quando chegamos não tinha e fomos pedir, a resposta foi que tinha quebrado o que estava lá, eles só foram colocar no dia seguinte, so porque fomos reclamar, senão não teríamos uma coisa que estava vendido no pacote. Infelizmente apesar da ótima localização, não recomendo esse hotel.

10.0Location excellent for midtown. Big bathroom, clean room.
− Not Ameritania’s fault, but currently the facade is scaffolded and construction is happening. Also the neighboring property is currently unused, so there are homelessness issues out front of that property. Neither issue should keep you from booking with Ameritania.
