5.0− Pat ingust pentru 2 persoane. Aerul conditionat nefunctional, era totusi alt aparat de aer conditionat dar facea un mare zgomot. Erau cateva musculite in baie.

6.0A localização é boa e a limpeza diária era satisfatória, mas, infelizmente, o hotel deixou bastante a desejar.
− As instalações são antigas e precisam de manutenção. O saguão tinha um forte cheiro de cigarro, bastante desagradável. O quarto era muito pequeno e pouco confortável, e a cama também era pequena. O banheiro tinha um problema no box, que não fechava completamente e fazia a água molhar praticamente todo o banheiro. Além disso, a porta do quarto estava com defeito e era necessário empurrá-la com força para conseguir abrir ou fechar. Outro ponto negativo foi o barulho. Havia um corpo de bombeiros praticamente na esquina do hotel, e as sirenes e movimentações eram frequentes durante todo o dia, o que tornava difícil ter tranquilidade e descanso. No geral, apesar da boa localização e da limpeza diária, o quarto e a estrutura do hotel eram bastante mal cuidados e pouco confortáveis. Pelo valor pago, esperava uma experiência muito melhor.
