Das Hotel war fantastisch für unsere täglichen Ausflüge auf Madeira.

Es entspricht seitens der Ausstattung einem 5-Sterne-Hotel. Alles war sauber und die Zimmer und Gänge waren erstaunlich leise. Die Aussicht vom Balkon mit Meerblick war fantastisch. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, was aber eher damit zusammenhängt, dass die Madeirer allgemein sehr freundliche und höfliche Menschen sind. Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Es ist umgeben von zahlreichen, guten Restaurants, die Bushaltestelle ist nah und der Weg in das Stadtzentrum ist gut zu laufen.

− Das Zimmer war gut und pragmatisch. Vermisst haben wir bei der Zimmerausstattung etwas mehr liebe zum Detail, für ein Ferienhotel. Das haben wir bei geringeren Hotelklassen schon deutlich besser gesehen. ACHTUNG bei der ANREISE MIT DEM AUTO/MIETWAGEN: Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas verzwickt. Es gibt zwei Parkflächen (P1 und P2/P3). Die gesamte Parkfläche ist im Verhältnis zur Anzahl Hotelgäste sehr klein und dazu öffentlich nutzbar. Man kann keinen Parkplatz reservieren. P1 ist direkt am Hoteleingang und wird pro Stunde berechnet. P2/P3 sind für Hotelgäste kostenfrei aber man sollte ein wirklich guter Autofahrer sein, denn der Parkplatz ist stark verwinkelt, steil, sehr, sehr eng und wenn er gut besucht ist (jeder Abend) noch viel enger. Wer zu spät kommt, bekommt keinen Parkplatz und muss sich, bis zu 15Min Gehzeit entfernt, einen Parkplatz in einem Wohnquartier suchen. Oder, für 15 EUR ab 7h Parkzeit, am Casino parken (ebenfalls 10Min Gehzeit entfernt).

Bellissimo hotel e ottimo servizio, ma la tranquillità potrebbe essere migliorata

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole e, nel complesso, ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Vorrei fare un complimento speciale a Gadi, la massaggiatrice della spa, è una vera professionista, molto competente e bravissima nel suo lavoro. È stata sicuramente una delle esperienze migliori del soggiorno. L’hotel è molto bello, il personale è sempre gentile e disponibile e gli ambienti sono estremamente puliti. Abbiamo soggiornato al 17° piano e la vista oceano era davvero splendida. Nel complesso, comunque, il soggiorno ci è piaciuto molto e con alcuni piccoli cambiamenti l’esperienza potrebbe diventare davvero eccellente.

− Per prima cosa, non ho apprezzato il fatto che i teli da piscina vengano forniti soltanto una volta al giorno. Il secondo punto riguarda la tranquillità. abbiamo trovato davvero eccessiva la musica molto alta proposta quasi ogni sera, spesso accompagnata da cantanti dal vivo. In alcune giornate la musica veniva diffusa anche durante il giorno. Il mio consiglio sarebbe quindi di ridurre notevolmente questo tipo di intrattenimento serale o di renderlo molto più discreto. In un luogo così bello, personalmente preferirei ascoltare il suono dell’oceano e godermi la tranquillità, piuttosto che musica e spettacoli dal vivo a volume molto alto e con un’acustica non sempre piacevole. Il terzo, la piscina è molto bella, però credo che i bambini non dovrebbero utilizzare le piscine grandi dedicate agli adulti. Oppure, se le utilizzano, sarebbe importante evitare di tuffarsi continuamente, giocare a palla o schizzare le persone che vorrebbero semplicemente rilassarsi e godersi un po’ di tranquillità.
