− Lots of compulsory hidden extras to pay at check out that were not sufficiently explained at check in and were anything but transparent on the final bill. We paid nearly £200 more than our Booking.com quote because of a variety of extra charges. Plus the reception staff were unhelpful and failed to adequately explain the extra charges at check in or check out. Plus the family room for 4 was rather snug for 4 people. Hardly any space to store luggage.
