My first stay at the Hyatt Times Square but definitely not my last at this welcoming hotel!!
10.0The facility was clean, the staff friendly and the location great. It felt secluded despite being in the heart of Times Square. Our room was quiet. I liked the international clientele. Thanks to Ronald for the lovely room assignment.
