9.0Smaller, cozy boutique style hotel. Helpful staff and great location for those who prefer to be outside of the theater district and on the east side. .
A run down 3 star masquerading as a 4 star

− Besides getting splashed by the sink from water pressure, getting stuck in the elevator, a smelly carpet in the room, having the room door left open by cleaning staff (twice!), and very low water pressure the shower, the hotel was fine.
An adequate, clean, comfortable hotel but in need of refreshments
