5.0− Room smelled weird. Toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet. Too small so my thighs touched the toilet rim rather than the seat. Gross. Shades didn’t work properly
Fun hotel, great location, and staff who go above and beyond!
10.0Moxy NYC East Side is a fun hotel in a good location but what really sets it apart is the staff. I had a booking mix-up (my fault!) and Angely Batista went above and beyond to fix it. She worked with me quickly and efficiently to make sure everything was resolved before check-in. The property is a great value for NYC, with service that's a real perk. I highly recommend!
