5.0La ubicación. La atención de los Doorman.
− El primer cuarto que nos ofrecieron tenía un olor muy desagradable. Nos reubicaron, pero el nuevo cuarto tenía vista a una barda. A nuestra llegada Solicitamos rellenaran los envases de jabón líquido en lavabo y regadera, pasaron tres días antes de qué lo hicieran. Como varios hoteles en Nueva York, el lobby luce espectacular y los cuartos no tanto. Mala actitud de un Mesero en el Restaurant ubicado en planta baja.

− No tuvieron la habitación preparada hasta las 18h y tardaron un día en poner la cama supletoria porque no les quedaban. En la salida me querían cobrar desayunos y tasas ya pagadas y tuve que estar pidiendo explicaciones por email posteriormente ya que en la recepción no me las dieron.

6.0Amabilidad de todo el personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar.Muy céntrico pero a la vez en zona tranquila.
− Nos cambiaron la habitación porque el aire acondicionado perdía agua.En la que nos dieron las camas hacían ruido y el baño olía mal.Nos quejamos en recepción del baño y vinieron a mirarlo mejoró un poco no del todo. Desayuno podría ser mejor,faltarían cosas calientes para mi gusto,aunque los productos son de muy buena calidad y reponen todo el rato.
Joya de estilo y buena ubicación. El balcón con vistas al Empire State es excelente
10.0La ubicación, lugar tranquilo lejos del caos de Times Square y cerca del Metro. También el Estilo elegante y de clase que muestra. Nuestra habitación con balcón, con vistas al Empire State es un lujo y una joya en Manhattan.
− Quizás por momentos el baño expedía un hedor a humedad poco agradable, aunque teniendo el balcón se podía ventilar fácilmente no siendo un problema
