− מאחר שאנחנו משפחה בת 4 נפשות, הזמנו דירה משפחתית. עם ההגעה לדירה המשפחתית בסוף חודש יולי, היה בחדר עומס חום חריג שאינו ראוי למגורי אדם. התברר כי תשתית המיזוג של הדירה התבססה על מזגן נייד קטן, שפלט חום במקום לקרר. הלילה הראשון עבר בתנאים בלתי נסבלים, המדמים שהייה בסאונה. פנייה להנהלה בבוקר המחרת הובילה לביקור טכנאי, אשר הודה כי הליקוי אינו בר תיקון. דרישתנו, כמשפחה בת 4 נפשות, לקבלת חדרים חלופיים סורבה תחילה בטענת היעדר זמינות... נדרשנו לארוז את חפצינו ולהודיע על רצון לעזיבת המלון במידה ולא יימצא פתרון. רק לאחר המתנה בלתי סבירה של כשעה בלובי, תוך ניהול דיונים מול הדרג הממונה, הוקצו לנו חדרים חלופיים. החדרים החלופיים שהוקצו מוקמו במפלס העליון ביותר של המבנה, תנועת המעלית הסתיימה קומה אחת מטה והגישה לחדרים חייבה עליית מדרגות של קומה נוספת... המעבר לחדרים החלופיים לא סיים את הסיפור, פתחי האוורור לא סיפקו אוויר או קירור אפקטיבי. כשפנינו שוב למלון, טענת המלון הייתה כי מדובר במיזוג ראשי המוזרם לכל החדרים... הפתרון הסופי התמצה באספקת שני מאווררים קטנים (מרעישים) ואילץ אותנו ללון עם חלונות פתוחים לכל אורך השהות. למרות הפגיעה הממשית באיכות השהות, הנהלת המלון נמנעה מהצעת פיצוי הולם... התנהלות זו משקפת התנערות מאחריותו הבסיסית של המלון.
