3.0− When we arrived, we realized that the apartment was located inside a shopping center, or something similar. There was a very unfriendly guy at the reception. He sent us a link for online check-in, but it took a long time to arrive. We had just had a long flight and were standing right in front of him with our passports, but he still could not check us in himself. Finally, we received the link, and we had to enter our Visa card details as a security deposit. The guy said it was “in case you break something.” After this terrible check-in process (and please note that check-in is not before 3 PM, while check-out is already at 10 AM!), we finally got into the apartment. Then we noticed a 3-star sign on the door, although the property is listed as 4 stars on Booking.com. The apartment itself was clean, but there were no basic amenities such as slippers, shampoo, etc. We thought that was the end of the problems. But when we came back at 11 PM, we found the entrance gate closed with a code lock. There was a sign saying that the gate closes at 10 PM. Of course, nobody had warned us about this and nobody had given us the code. Luckily, some other guests arrived and knew the code. Otherwise, we would not have been able to get into our apartment at all. When we checked out, the same guy at reception did not even look at us, let alone smile or say goodbye out of basic politeness. The service was absolutely terrible. I would never stay here again.

6.0Die Lage der Unterkunft war super zentral.
− Der Balkon lud leider nicht zum verweilen ein , sehr schmal, zwei unbequeme Holzklappstühle, direkt über ein Glasdach darunter befand sich Gastronomie und egal, ob morgens oder abends wenn man die Balkontür geöffnet hat, roch es nach frittierten Fett sehr unangenehm.
