Having traveled extensively across several continents and stayed at many luxury hotels over the years, I can honestly say that Hotel Lungarno is one of the finest hotel experiences I have ever had. The property is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, with breathtaking views of the Arno River and just a short walk from Florence’s most iconic landmarks. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed, creating an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and welcoming. What truly sets Hotel Lungarno apart, however, is its people. Every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. Their warmth, professionalism, attention to detail, and sincere desire to make our stay memorable were exceptional. It is rare to find a hotel where service feels so natural and heartfelt. We were traveling with our 10-year-old son, and everyone made him feel just as welcome as us, which made our family trip even more special. Our room was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. Every aspect of our stay reflected the highest standards of hospitality. Florence is an unforgettable city, and staying at Hotel Lungarno made the experience even more extraordinary. Lovely Boutique Hotel & Great Staff

We really enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. It’s private, peaceful, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had one small issue during breakfast, but it was just a minor accident and didn’t affect our overall experience. A special thank you to Belel! He showed us around our room when we arrived, helped us plan our stay, and even took some amazing photos for us—even with the sun behind us! We really appreciated his kindness and hospitality. Thanks again for making our stay even more enjoyable.
