Overall, excellent value for money, particularly given the spacious rooms and unbeatable location.
9.0Location was undoubtedly the biggest highlight. The room was very spacious and had a great view of Times Square below. We stayed on a higher floor, although we later realised that the view from the lower floors was actually even better. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, even during peak summer, which made the room very comfortable. Room service was prompt. Everything else met expectations, from the comfortable beds and lighting to the convenient charging points and spacious bathroom. A nice little bonus was that the reception provides free ponchos on rainy days, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout, including the security team. The hotel bar is another highlight, offering an incredible panoramic view of Times Square from what feels like the perfect height. For tourists, the Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance, making it extremely convenient for sightseeing.

− Die Bar ist schon sehr teuer - darf einen bei diesem atemberaubenden Ausblick aber auch nicht wundern.

− Les lits doubles étaient vraiment très petits Chambre et salle de bain obsolète avec des murs avec fissures et de la moisissure au niveau de la baignoire c’était dégoûtant L’emplacement horrible en plein centre de Times square mais avec des vendeurs de faux sacs installés devant l’hôtel, ainsi que des vendeurs de tours de bus qui nous alpaguaient dés qu’on franchissait la porte de l’hôtel Un monde fou le soir donc pas évident de rentrer le soir Personnel peu aimable Tout était payant et très cher à la boutique de l’hôtel le café latte était à 9$ et n’était pas bon La lumière de la salle de bain automatique, il n’était pas possible de prendre une douche sans se pencher toutes les minutes pour que ça se rallume
