− Petit déjeuner un peu cher.
Je ne reviendrais pas dans cet établissement. après 7 séjours à Venise c'est le plus mauvais.
6.0La vue de la terrasse mais beaucoup trop de guêpes pour prendre un repas ou un apéritif. Cela a beaucoup contribué à notre mécontentement parce que nous avons payé plus que pour une simple suite sans pouvoir en apprécier le service. Un grand bravo au chef, les plats étaient succulents. Réalisés avec gout.
− J'ai choisi cette hôtel parce que je pensais que le personnel parlait français. C'est loin d'être le cas. J'ai du demandé un menu en français il n'en avait pas. je leur ai tant bien que mal expliqué comment le traduire à l'aide de chatgpt. La baignoire devait être à remous, il n'en était rien, une simple baignoire. Entre les guêpes, une fausse promesse d'un personnel bilingue et une baignoire à remous qui ne faisait rien, cela faisait beaucoup de sources de mécontentement.
