− Gym is quite limited. If they add weights and AC in the gym room, our stay would have felt complete. AC in one of our rooms was hardly working, as opposed to the AC in our other room.

7.0Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und man hat ausreichend Platz für Koffer und seine Habseligkeiten. Auch dass es so viele Steckdosen gibt ist ein klarer Pluspunkt. Das Bett ist sehr komfortabel mit weicher gemütlicher Bettwäsche und es gibt verschiedene Kissen zur Auswahl. Ein Beistellbett stand für unser Kind bei Ankunft bereit. Das Leitungswasser schmeckt ganz erstaunlich gut und kommt richtig schön kalt aus der Leitung. Das Frühstück ist ganz ausgezeichnet und vielfältig, es lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Sojamilch und vegane Brotaufstriche stehen zur Verfügung, das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und erfüllt auch Sonderwünsche beispielsweise nach bestimmten Rühreikreationen.
− Sauberkeit könnte besser sein: Badezimmer war nicht ganz sauber (braune Spritzer an den Wandfliesen und an der Badezimmertüre) und könnte mal wieder saniert werden (Fugen in und um die Dusche/Badewanne vergilbt und mit starkem Kalkansatz), die Teppiche auf den Fluren (ich fand eine Glasscherbe und anderen Schmutz). Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat keine Leistung gebracht (auf kältester und stärkster Stufe blieb es im Zimmer so heiß, dass wir nachts schwitzten). Nachdem ein Techniker sich darum gekümmert hatte, brachte die Anlage auf stärkster und kältester Einstellung 19/20 Grad Output. Ergebnis: erträglich, aber nicht angenehm kühl, dafür sehr trockene Luft und man musste das Gerät die ganze Nacht auf voller Leistung laufen lassen. Schade dass es Kühlschränke oder eine Minibar nicht standardmäßig in allen Zimmern gibt, das ist in den meisten Hotels dieser Klasse eigentlich üblich.
