9.0Excellent location whether you are renting a car or coming without one. It is right next to the bus station and close to parking facilities, which you can reserve in advance. You can also contact the hotel directly as they have their own private parking, though it is a bit expensive. Personally, I parked at a very close nearby parking lot. It is extremely close to the water bus stations (Vaporetto), making it super easy to travel anywhere you want—whether to St. Mark's Square, Murano, Burano, or any other tourist attraction in Venice. The staff is exceptional. They also have rooms overlooking the Grand Canal, offering a beautiful view.
− Cons / Suggestion for improvement: The rooms would be even better if they provided an iron and an electric kettle
