Good stay but the room was far from the lifts.
7.0Breakfast was lacking fresh fruit & muesli.
− Distance from the lift to the room. It had been recently renovated and was very comfortable but at the end of 3 corridors.

Good location and if you were only paying £100/night it would have been fine. Not worth £300/night
5.0The staff were great and changed our room after one night as we didn't get the one that we had booked.
− The room size was really small, there was no fan in the bathroom so the room had collected mould and generally wasn't what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

8.0La habitacion y el baño estan bien. Lo mejor es la ubicacion, detras de la terminal Termini rodeado de restaurantes.
− El personal sin ninguna duda, no ne gusto el personal de recepcion, en cambio el personal que nos atendio en el desayuno TODOS MUY amables y atentos, ENDER es in cielo!
