Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel élégant, confortable et idéalement situé

Chambre double sur lagune très belle, spacieuse, décorée avec goût, calme, propre, literie confortable. Personnel souriant, attentionné et accueillant, notamment à la réception. Délicates attentions pour l’anniversaire de mon fils. Restaurant avec cuisine de qualité même si les prix sont élevés. Emplacement de l’hôtel idéal pour visiter. Très belle expérience.

− Le petit déjeuner surtout celui servi en chambre avec une boisson chaude limitée en volume ( une seule tasse) et une quantité de pain un peu juste. Le buffet offre un choix varié mais surtout des gâteaux et viennoiseries, j’aurais aimé une plus grande diversité de pains.

The only good thing about this property it’s the location.

− A terrible stay all over, I’m so happy we managed to changed it from 2 nights to only 1 night. What hotel advertises is a completely lie. The rooms are NOTHING alike as shown on the pictures. It’s perhaps the MOST outdated hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wondering how it can be 4 stars, the whole experience seemed like a 3 star hotel at best. The second you arrive it smells like rotten eggs in the lobby, boarded the fact that it’s not really designed well. The next thing you notice is how TIRED the staff looks. The hotel itself seems like it gets 100 new guests per day, you get this crazy traffic at the start of your visit which is just terrible. Whose hotel had perhaps THE WORST ROOMS I’ve ever seen… Holes in the wall, the floors are all in scratches, the bathrooms feels like a motel room. Dirty and outdated not to mention that we had someone’s hair all over our hotel room, som in bathroom, some on the bed… It was absolutely gross and unprofessional The mini bar in room is… Plastic water bottles and plastic 1 time use glasses??? SERIOUSLY? I mean this is just crazy how bad everything is in that hotel. The breakfast is also terrible. ABSOLUTELY gross and not tasty. I basically couldn’t eat anything besides some bread… you pretty much just get an omelette and some eggs for your choice but it’s all COLD! The staff was only nice (but tired) on the reception. The bold guy in the restaurant was an absolute douche. No respect. No empathy. TERRIBLE service Just WOW… the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, BY FAR.

Central yet quiet location. Staff was helpful. Room was comfortable, Liked the pillow menu.

− Expensive, although most things are in Venuce. Wasn't crazy about the shower in the tub.

The location is great. In the middle of St. Marks Square and the Rialto bridge. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

− We had an issue, there was no air conditioning and it was very hot, middle of summer. It took 2 times of someone coming to actually get it working.

It needs a lot of TLC

We like the location

− For a stay of 2 nights and the cost of the room was €1300 we feel we do not get value for money. the breakfast was pretty poor. The hotel rooms are very dated and need a massive refurb

Hotel muito bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, pessoal do serviço amigável, bom café da manhã, decoração luxo, enfim super recomendo
