9.0Sobre todo la ubicación: a 5 minutos andando de la plaza de San Marcos , aunque también dificulta algo la llegada con las maletas. El personal es muy amable.

10.0There is nothing not to like at this hotel, we go to Venice most years and will definitely be staying here every time now. Location, staff, food, room - all amazing. It was our anniversary whilst we were there and the chef made us a cake, very thoughtful, above and beyond our expectations

8.0Staff service was amazing. On time always and useful. The rooms were great I personally took the family connecting room. It's literally in the centre of Venice, easy to come back and in.
− I wish they can provide us with boat shuttles from station and airport for departure.

10.0We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Splendid and couldn’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and after a long day of travelling, having people who were genuinely happy to help made such a difference. The accommodation itself was fantastic and by far one of the most comfortable stays of our trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, everything felt relaxing and we were finally able to get a really good night’s sleep. The combination of the comfort, wonderful service and genuinely helpful staff made our stay such a positive experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
