トラブルもあったが、悪くはなかった。

− 2泊3日（8/10～8/12）、泊まる予定がバルセロナからの飛行機が労働ストライキで欠航になり、翌日（8/11）の朝のフライトに変更になったため、バルセロナでの宿泊を追加して、booking.comの東京事務所に連絡して、ローマのホテルのキャンセルをお願いしたが、うまくキャンセルができなかった。このため、ローマの滞在が２日間となり、予定していた観光計画が実行できなかった。前払いのためキャンセルができなかったようだ。日本事務所の対応を良くしてもらいたかった。
