3.0− Péssima experiência Me hospedei por 4 diárias no Best Western em Roma e tive uma experiência extremamente decepcionante e revoltante. No único dia em que solicitei a arrumação do quarto, ao retornar no final do dia, tive a triste surpresa de constatar o sumiço de uma sacola grande cheia de compras de mercado (incluindo chocolates, biscoitos, Nutella e outros itens). Fui imediatamente à recepção para fazer a reclamação sobre o ocorrido. No dia seguinte, devolveram apenas alguns dos itens dentro de uma bolsa totalmente diferente da original, sem dar explicações plausíveis ou resolver a situação por completo. A sensação de insegurança de ter seus pertences mexidos e levados de dentro do próprio quarto em um hotel de uma rede conhecida é inaceitável. O atendimento para resolver o problema deixou muito a desejar. Não recomendo a hospedagem.
