8.0Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Piękny widok z pokoju i sali śniadań.
− Zepsute jacuzzi w pokoju. W niedzielę o 6 rano włączył się alarm przeciwpożarowy. Zero informacji co się dzieje, dzwoniąc na recepcję nikt nie odbierał telefonu. Obsługa nawet tego nie skomentowała. Goście sami postanowili wyjść na zewnątrz na wszelki wypadek.

− Soba je u raspadu. Preskup hotel za ono što nudi. Imam osjećaj da sam se vratio u prošlost i da smo generacija kad dođem u sobu. Soba čezne za renovacijom. Renovirane sobe i ova soba su dva različita svijeta,slike na internetu i cijena ove sobe nisu kompatibilne Nemože biti ista cijena renovirane i nove sobe ista kao i ova koja je stara preko 50 godina

5.0Die Lage vom Hotel war super. Auch das Personal freundlich und bemüht. Soweit beurteilbar auch sauber (Teppich!!!)
− Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2 Stock (212). Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer sind die Armaturen funktionsfähig aber defekt. Alles ist abgenutzt und sieht verwahrlost aus. Der Teppich im Zimmer hat seine beste Zeit hinter sich und ich wäre nie barfuss herumgelaufen. Zum Glück gab es Pantoffeln. Es fliegen auch weisse Motten (oder ähnliches) im Zimmer und auch im Flur herum. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel und den Preis den wir bezahlt haben war es eines der schlechtesten Hotels die wir je über Booking.com gebucht haben. Können wir leider nicht weiter empfehlen.

− Unfortunately there were some issues with hot water supply during our stay due to heating central failure; they fixed it but the repair lasted for half day. It might happen anywhere…

5.0− Per il prezzo pagato (280 euro a notte) una stanza del genere non può essere accettata. Stanza numero 85 situata al piano terra con vista sulla strada e buia, il letto occupava tutta la stanza ed era difficile muoversi. Per terra la moquette, alle pareti una carta da parati che definire vintage è un eufemismo. Il bagno obsoleto, con una vasca scomoda con la tendina, il lavandino otturato e i rubinetti male avvitati e traballanti. E dovrebbe essere un hotel a 4 stelle, forse tanti tanti tanti anni fa. Unica gioia la vista dalla terrazza situata all'ultimo piano dell'hotel con il Cupolone maestoso sempre davanti a te. Da accettare però la coda per salire e scendere visto che per 6 piani è presente un solo - e piccolo - ascensore. Roma merita di meglio.
