Parfait séjour touristique à Pais de 3 jours(4 nuits) ,l’hôtel à contribué à notre confort. Je recommande ce Mercure.
9.0L’emplacement donnant sur la rue de la Gaîté, 6 mn à pied de la gare disposant de tous les moyens de mobilité( TGV, train banlieue, métro,…) Les chambres sont spacieuses (ce que est rare à Paris), literie très confortable, décoration moderne, salle d’eau également relativement spacieuse( pour Paris…) Le personnel est à l’écoute, le hall d’accueil est agréable avec des espaces de travail ou repos. Un vrai plus: la fourniture gracieuse d’eau fraîche et gazeuse dans le couloir: il suffit de remplir des bouteilles mises à disposition.
− Il n’y avait à disposition dans les chambres que des gobelets en carton…Nous préférons boire dans un véritable verre ou tasse à café/thé. Comte tenu du standing de Mercure, c’est un peu dommage…

− De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet oke. Het bed was goed, maar de badkamer en de rest van de kamer is erg simpel.. geen 4 sterren waardig

8.0The hotel is in a lively and convenient location, close to several metro stations. I also really appreciate the complimentary water available on the floor.
− Have stayed at this hotel for a week each year for the past three years. During my previous stay, I was kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade, which I really appreciated. At check-in this time, I mentioned that this was my third stay at the hotel. However, the staff member who checked me in did not offer any recognition or benefit as a returning guest. Despite this, I have enjoyed staying at the hotel and will most likely return again. It would be nice if the hotel showed a little more recognition to loyal, returning guests.
