Kimpton Theta New York - Times Square by IHG

Great location , but be prepared for the noise.

If you want to be near Times Square the location is good. The staff were really helpful . Beds extremely comfortable and powerful hot shower. Everything was very clean and rooms were serviced daily. There is a tiny gym but only room for a few people if you want to use the weights (it was also really hot in there )

− Incredibly noisy ,we did not sleep at all the first night due to street noise, it is located next door to the fire station and was it was obviously a busy night with sirens constantly going off. Fortunately when we asked to move we were given a room on the 14th floor which whilst still some level of noise much improved from the 4th floor. If you want the hustle of Times Square you will obviously get noise but this was worse than I have experienced on previous trips. So make sure you are on a high floor or maybe the back of the hotel.

− Salle de bain est petite avec baignoire et non une douche. Mal isolé, on entend la circulation et les voisins de chambre surtout quand ils se disputent en pleine nuit, à 3h du matin.😏 De plus ça sent la cigarette froide dans la chambre...

Clean, and a great colour platte, excellent location, the size of the room was the best, I didn't feel claustrophobic, the complimentary coffee/Tea/cold coffee and the 5-6pm complimentary wine hour (I didn't go, but a lovely gesture), I did go for a drink up in the rooftop bar, which is gorgeous. I would say the buffet breakfast was pricey, thinm it was $38 without all the taxes/tip extra, and I did make reception aware that the Peloton bikes needed fixing, such as the connectivity and the straps on the pedal bar are broken, well non-existant, one of the main reasons I booked the Kimpton Theta was because of the Peloton bikes, I also would add, I had one warm reception greeting daily when he was working which really added a nice touch to my stay, the other reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming.

Colazione varia, abbondante e di qualità. Ho gradito molto anche l’area del rooftop. Ottima idea anche il momento relax pomeridiano nella hall dell’hotel con un bicchiere di vino omaggio

Staff was very helpful. Early check in of baggage. Validation of parking next door. Happy hour in lobby. Nice roof top bar. Nice rooms with amenities.

The room is a good size. I love the location. I spend a lot of time in the theater district so I've walked by it dozens of times.
