− Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait de ne pas avoir consommé mon petit-déjeuner que j'ai payé pour deux personnes le samedi, vu que le restaurant ouvre à 8h et que je dois partir à 7h30. Je n'avais pas cette information. Si je l'avais eue, j'aurais pu ne pas payer de petit-déjeuner le samedi et préparer quelque chose au lieu de partir sans rien manger le matin, surtout pour un voyage vers Barcelone où la route est longue. J'aimerais bien que le site Booking intervienne pour me rembourser les deux petits-déjeuners non consommés.

6.0The hotel was tidy but sure it was running on a skeleton staff,but other than that just a normal expectations for a four star hotel.
− They ran out of wine on day2 and when I said well get some at the supermarket they laughed. The beds are on wheels never seen this before always rolling away from headboard until u look and they have brakes like an hospital bed lol and very firm. The plungers in bathroom for the shampoo and shower soap had jab solid on two occasions. Pool very small and sunbeds short supply and need a v.good clean and no control by anyone re saving.Pity about the restaurant they need to really look at the menu.
