Decepcionante. Costoso y abusivo.

− El hotel estaba viejo y sucio. Las alfombras manchadas dan muy mal aspecto, desagradable. Un día no nos hicieron limpieza en el cuarto. Las llaves (faucets) de los baños tanto de lavabo y regadera, estaban viejas y desalineadas. Había que adivinar para que lado abrian el agua. La puerta de nuestro cuarto no cerraba correctamente y pasamos la primera noche sin poder poner el seguro. Al día siguientes nos cambiaron a una habitación de discapacitados. Para el cambio, tuve que bajar al lobby porque la única persona amable que intentó resolver fue el personal de mantenimiento que fue extremadamente amable y servicial, todo un profesional. Para ser un Sheraton, le falta limpieza, mantenimiento, remodelación. Teníamos que bajar a diario por unas botellas de agua (sin costo). Por último cuando hicimos le check out tuvimos que pagar para que nos guardaran las maletas 1 hora. NO es posible que tengas que pagar por ese servicio, cuando eres un o fuiste un huesped. Se me hace muy abusivo. De igual manera me llegó un sobre por mensajería y tuve que pagar para que lo recibieran y resguardaran 1 día . Eso es tambien abusivo. Si eres un huesped, que te traten como tal.
